Like many entrepreneurial folk, I’ve tried a few careers during my life, though not many can say they’ve taken a journey from Trampoline Coach to Chief People Officer to HR Consultant. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I firmly believe that a company’s success is directly linked to the development, engagement, and empowerment of its employees.

Andrina Sinclair

I am a kind, compassionate person with a strong work ethic and a passion for working in a competitive business environment. My experience in previous work opportunities has allowed me to show my drive and eagerness when it comes to learning new skills, such as communication, working with others, and time management. These attributes have driven me to want to pursue a career in HR.

I am currently a fourth-year student studying at Glasgow Caledonian University. With this being my dissertation year, my chosen research has been on ‘An exploration of the contemporary impact of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) relationship with Human Resource Management (HRM) in today’s Generation Z’. I believe that this research can become crucial in understanding the reoccurring links CSR-HRM now has in this contemporary generation Z and create an understanding, that can improve a business’s development in introducing sustainability goals to its organisation.

As my ambitions are to become one day a professional in this field, I am excited about the opportunity Angela has given me to gain hands-on experience and learn in an exclusive HR environment. My goal from my time at Buzzqube is to learn the adaptations they use when approaching different clients as well as gain experience and knowledge from professionals in the HR environment.

My skills that I bring to Buzzqube, are that I am a part of Generation Z. Being born in a digital era means I am open to more of the tech trends as well as actively engaging on multiple social media platforms. Being from this generation it allows me to share knowledge of more current and evolving needs within the workforce.

I am looking forward to the opportunity that I have been given, to apply my knowledge, learn from experts in the field, and make a meaningful impact during my internship. I am excited about the challenges and growth for the potential future I could have in Human Resources.
