Angela Rieu-Clarke

I’ve never taken a conventional career path and that’s shaped how I work today.

From trampoline coach to Chief People Officer to founder of Buzzqube, my career has always centred around one thing: helping people and businesses grow together.

Over the years, I’ve worked with founders, leadership teams, and scaling businesses navigating growth, change, and complexity. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I bring deep people expertise, but my approach has always gone beyond traditional HR. I believe strong businesses are built through clear leadership, modern systems, healthy culture, and practical people operations that support sustainable growth.

At Buzzqube, I partner with startups and growing businesses that need experienced people and operational support without the overhead of building a large internal function too early. Whether that’s fractional leadership, strategic projects, or embedded operational support, my focus is always the same: helping businesses scale in a way that works for both the company and the people inside it.

I don’t believe in off-the-shelf solutions. Every business has its own pace, pressures, personalities, and ambitions. That’s why I take a practical, collaborative approach to understand how your business works today, where you want to go next, and what needs to evolve to get there.

I’m particularly interested in helping businesses build smarter, more modern ways of working; combining strong people practices with operational clarity, scalable systems, and thoughtful use of technology and AI where it genuinely adds value.
